Closing and reopening a CA/PA record

CA/PA Complete and CA/PA Re-Open permissions are required.
Once all actions have been completed, you can close a CA/PA record. Closed records remain in your system and can be referred to or reopened as needed.
This article shows you how you can close and reopen a CA/PA record.
1. Closing a CA/PA record
Before you can close a CA/PA record, ensure that all stages have been completed.
To close a CA/PA:

Access the CA/PA module.

Open a CA/PA record.
- Open the Actions menu.
- Select Close Record.
- Review record details.
- Click Save.
Are you being asked to provide a signature?
Depending on the CA/PA Type, you may be asked for an electronic signature. To complete the approval process, enter your system credentials and click Sign.
2. Reopening a CA/PA record
To re-open a CA/PA:

Open a CA/PA record.
- Open the Actions menu.
- Select Re-Open Record.
- Enter a Reason.
This will be added to the Properties section of the record. - aClick OK.

Alternatively, you can right-click the record in the list view. - Click Close Record.
