Configuring module names
Who is this article for?Administrators responsible for managing modules.
Administration module access is required.
Each module can be customised to show a different name on the LaunchPad, allowing you to use terminology members of your organisation will be familiar with.
This article shows you where you can make these changes.
1. Changing module names
To edit module names:
- Open the Administration module.
- Select Customisation.
- Choose Custom Fields.
- Search for the module name.
- Click Edit to the left of the field name.
This will open a Customize pane.
- Enter the new name.
- Click OK.
Not seeing the changes?
Make sure you've refreshed the page to see the changes, noting that although the module name will change on the LaunchPad, the name will remain the same in title bars.
1. Changing module names
To edit module names:
- Open the Administration module.
- Select Custom Fields (under Customisation).
- Search for the module name.
- Click Apply.
- Double-click the field.
- Enter the new label.
- Click OK.
To revert the module name to default, click Reset.
