1. Ideagen Quality Management Modules
1.1. Standard Modules
- Document Management: Designed to manage change control of policies and procedures, as well as distribution and training activities.
- CA/PA Management: Design to capture non-conformances, red flags, findings, initiatives and improvement ideas. The CA/PA module also includes management options to progress these reports from submission to resolution.
- Audit Management: This module allows you to plan, schedule, and perform audits, raise findings and observations, and generate a final report.
- People & Training: These two modules are focused on managing the human side of the organisation and allows reporting structures to be defined, training to be scheduled and competencies to be managed via frameworks and matrices.
- Supplier & Customer Management: These two modules allow you to review customers, suppliers and raise any non-conformances. Incidents are raised directly into the CA/PA module.
- Asset Management: Asset Management provides a repository of equipment records which can then be maintained, calibrated and managed, with non-conformances being fed directly into the CA/PA module.
- Administration: This module is specifically designed to manage the system, with all configuration options accessible in easy menus.
- Report Designer: This tool allows you to build your own custom reports to review the data on any module in the system.
- Analysis: The analysis modules allow immediate access to CA/PA data to provide insight into your compliance activities.
1.2. IMS Modules
- Occurrence & Incident Management: These two modules are highly configurable, allowing custom forms to be built from scratch and investigation routes defined to see them through to completion based on the risk posed by the occurrence.
- Incident Analysis: The analysis modules allow immediate access to Incident data to provide insight into your compliance activities.

2. Optional Features
2.1. Standard Options
- Web Interface: The web interface provides access to the main Ideagen Quality Management module via a web browser.
- Ideagen Quality Management Mobile app: A free app for iOS or Android for access to Documents, Audits and Occurrence report submission.
- API Web Services: This web service provides access for third party tools to integrate with Ideagen Quality Management.
- Document Retrieval Service: A lightweight web interface that provides direct access to document attachments which can be shared with non-Ideagen Quality Management users.
2.2. Purchasable Extras
- Web Reporting Portal: A light-weight add-on designed to allow simple access for Occurrence report submission.
- Audit Log: An additional database and client which tracks all changes made to Ideagen Quality Management records as well as user log-ins.
- Session Timeout: This feature will disconnect users after a period of inactivity. This period is configurable by the Ideagen Quality Management Administrator.
- User Lockout: User accounts will become locked after a number of failed log in attempts. The number of failed attempts is configurable by the Ideagen Quality Management Administrator.
- Enhanced IOSA or E-IOSA: A solution that has been designed to help customers to complete IOSA audits. The solution provides a standardised set of audit checklist templates that can be used when scheduling and completing IOSA audits.

3. Authentication Options
Ideagen Quality Management offers the below authentication options:

| Ideagen Quality Management | Ideagen Quality Management username and password are controlled completely within the Ideagen Quality Management system. |
| Windows Prompted | Windows credentials are used to log in to Ideagen Quality Management. |
| Windows Automatic | The user is automatically logged in to Ideagen Quality Management based on the user logged in to Windows. |
| Single Sign-On (SSO) | The user enters their SSO credentials to access the system. |
