Mazlan AI improvements
This release delivers a series of fixes and improvements to the Mazlan AI following the v7.10 launch. The updates address issues reported during early use and improve the overall reliability and accuracy of the AI experience within the CA/PA module.
Key fixes include several scenarios where the AI assistant was returning incorrect or unauthorised CAPA records when users had restricted access permissions. These have been resolved to ensure Mazlan only surfaces records that each user is permitted to see, in line with their configured access rules. Additionally, Mazlan will no longer respond to questions about a user's system permissions or access rights - users will be directed to their system administrator for those queries.
The AI assistant has also been improved to better support "assign to me" scenarios, and a previous issue where the agent unnecessarily asked users for optional information when creating a CAPA has been fixed.
This release also includes performance improvements to ensure the system remains responsive when multiple users are actively using Mazlan AI, as well as an upgrade to the latest version of the Mazlan AI platform.
Cognito Single Sign-On failure on devices with Entra Conditional Access Policies
When using Cognito Single Sign-On (SSO) on the Windows Client, users on devices with Microsoft Entra Conditional Access (CA) policies such as "Require compliant device" or "Require Hybrid Azure AD joined device" were unable to log in.
Authentication was being blocked by Entra because the device compliance check could not be satisfied through the embedded browser used by the Windows Client.
This has now been fixed. The Windows client's Cognito SSO flow now correctly handles Entra CA device compliance requirements, allowing users on compliant or hybrid-joined devices to authenticate successfully. Other SSO providers (Azure AD direct, PingOne, Okta) are unaffected by this change.
