1. Select your project team
Your team need to know your desired outcomes and success measures as they are key to maintaining focus and ensuring your project stays on track. Our team will guide you using their experience of what works and what doesn’t.
This guide will help you select your project team members. For each role we share the responsibilities, skills and the amount of time they are likely to need to commit to the project away from their day job, to help ensure your success.
2. Distribute promotional flyers
User adoption is a key success factor in any software implementation. If users do not embrace the software, its potential benefits may not be fully realized.
You can download a series of high resolution self-print flyers that detail the features and benefits of the Ideagen Quality Management modules below. These should be distributed to your staff to offer an ‘at a glance’ overview of how and why they should be utilizing each module to improve compliance and implement continuous quality improvement.
3. Communicate your objectives
It’s important to let your users know why the business is implementing Quality Management.
Communicating your desired outcomes and their related success measures will help users understand the benefit to the business. It is also very important to highlight the positive impact and help this will bring to their day to day roles.
Think ‘What’s in it for them?’. This really helps create a shared understanding of what you are trying to achieve, so please share it with your Ideagen consultant too.
The Powerpoint template below contains a completed example of what your communication might look like. Please replace the content on these slides with your own. Feel free to add in your company logo and any other relevant images too.
