Ideagen Quality Management Cloud 8.8.1 Release Notes

Ideagen Quality Management Cloud 8.8 is a feature and bug fix release.
Please raise a ticket with Ideagen Support to request the upgrade.

1. Asset Module Feature Changes
The following feature changes have been implemented:
1.1. Additional Search Options
It is now possible to select a pre-defined data range in the activity due date search which will make search for assets that require action simpler and easier.
1.2. Filter on Performed Status
Additional filters have also been included when searching for assets based on the performed status.
1.3. Additional Asset Changes
- It is also now possible to download the asset record into an Excel format to review offline.
- The asset list default limit of 10 items has now been removed.
- Pressing the Return/Enter key on the keyboard now saves the selection on dropdown lists.
2. Document Module Feature Changes
2.1. Improved View of Change Requests
Document Managers can now see a list of outstanding change requests on a single screen. This view can also be exported and sorted, allowing for better planning and review of the changes.
Note: No search is available for this screen.
2.2. Additional Document Changes
- Email and system notifications are sent to the allocated reviewer when a new review task has been triggered and when review task has been completed.
- Document overlays now identify the document type within a document for PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS and XLSX files.
- Users can now see the history of tasks they've been assigned.
- Users can now download documents by selecting the title.
- Document Managers can now create a new minor revision of a document without affecting the review date.
3. Audit Module Changes
3.1. Enable/Disable Associated Items
When associated items are enabled for Audit types then assets will be inherited from the Audit Type. These will be identified in the audit trail and tool tip popups.
4. Other Feature Changes
- Interested Parties: Improved notifications for when interested party has been deleted or archived by another user.
- Issues: Additional issue type columns can be filtered to allow users to find the issues they are looking for.
- Workflows: Additional columns have been added to the workflow template list.
- Workflows: A target date now has a maximum duration of 100,000 days.
