Logging out active users
Who is this article for?Administrators responsible for user management.
Administration module access is required.
In a concurrent licence model, all users share a set number of licences. This is particularly useful in environments where not all users need to be logged in simultaneously, maximising the use of available licences.
This article shows you where you can view who is currently logged in and log out users as needed.
1. Logging out individual users
To log out a specific user:
- Open the Administration module.
- Select Licensing.
- Choose Active Sessions.
- Tick the box next to the user to log out.
- Click Log Out Selected.
- Click OK.
2. Logging out all users
To log out all users:
- Open the Administration module.
- Select Licensing.
- Choose Active Sessions.
- Click Log Out All.
- Click OK.
This will end all active sessions, logging out everyone except yourself.

- Right-click the user to log out.
- Click Log Out Session.
- Click Yes.
2. Logging out all users
To log out all users:
- Open the Administration module.
- Select Active Sessions (under Licensing).
- Click Log out All.
- Click Yes.
This will end all active sessions, logging out everyone except yourself.
