1. Workflow stages
Each CA/PA record goes through the stages outlined below.
| Stage | Description |
| User Raises CA/PA | CA/PA record raised by end user. |
| Owner Automatically Assigned | Owner assigned based on template associated with the source of the CA/PA record. |
| Owner Reviews Details | Details reviewed by owner to confirm Actions. |
| Implement Changes | Changes implemented by record owner. |
| Action Owners Complete Actions | Actions completed by respective owners. |
| Stage Owners Review & Complete Stages | Stages completed by respective owners. |
| Root Cause Update | Root cause identified and updated. |
| CA/PA Record Closed | CA/PA record closed. |
