Configuring usernames

Administration module access is required.
Usernames are used as shorthand identifiers for those using the system, so making sure they're clear is crucial.
This article shows you where you can configure the username format for all users.
1. Changing username settings
To configure username settings:
- Open the Administration module.
- Select Security.
- Choose Settings and Defaults.
- Switch to the Usernames tab.
- Click Edit (Pencil icon).
- Make required changes.
- Click Save (Tick icon).
