With your upgrade complete it is strongly recommended that you perform the below checks. These will confirm that your Ideagen Quality Management system is in working order.

To check the escalation service:

Update the path to the escalation.exe on the scheduled task. For additional details please see How to Set-up and Configure Reminders and Escalation. |
