Cookies are essential to the modern Internet. They are text files with small pieces of data that are used to improve your web browsing experience.

Ideagen Quality Management Cloud uses cookies to enhance your experience when using the system.

From time to time it may be necessary to clear your cookies (i.e. delete them) so that Ideagen Quality Management Cloud can re-create them from scratch. This article explains:

1. How to Clear Cookies on Google Chrome

There are two options to clear cookies.

1. Clear only the cookies used by Ideagen Quality Management Cloud.
2. Clear all cookies (for all websites).

To clear only Ideagen Quality Management Cloud cookies on Google Chrome:

1. Launch the Google Chrome browser.
2. At the top right, click the more Ellipsis button and click Settings.
3. Click Security and Privacy, and then Cookies and other site data.
4. Click See all site data and permissions.
5. At the top right, search for "ideagenhome.com".

6. Click Remove to delete the cookies for this site.

To clear all cookies on Google Chrome:

Important: Cookies will be used for other products, websites and services. We recommend confirming that clearing cookies will not impact those services before proceeding.

1. Launch the Google Chrome browser.
2. At the top right, click the more Ellipsis button and click Settings.
3. Click Security and Privacy, and then Clear browsing data.
4. Select All time.

5. Click Clear data.

2. How to Clear Cookies on Microsoft Edge

There are two options to clear cookies.

1. Clear only the cookies used by Ideagen Quality Management Cloud.
2. Clear all cookies (for all websites).

To clear only Ideagen Quality Management Cloud cookies on Microsoft Edge:

1. Launch Microsoft Edge.
2. Select Settings and more, then Settings,
3. Select Cookies and site permission and then Cookies and site data.

4. Click See all cookies and site data.
5. At the top right, search for "ideagenhome.com".
6. Click Remove all shown.

To clear all cookies on Microsoft Edge:

Important: Cookies will be used for other products, websites and services. We recommend confirming that clearing cookies will not impact those services before proceeding.

1. Launch Microsoft Edge.
2. Select Settings and more, then Settings,
3. Select Privacy, search, and services.
4. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
5. Under Time range, choose a time range.
6. Select Cookies and other site data, and then select Clear now.
