Creating an audit question
Who is this article for?Audit Managers responsible for managing the Audit module.
Audit Manager group membership is needed.
During an audit you can complete a series of questions to confirm compliance in line with the scope of your audit. These questions can be created by the Audit Manager and they can then be added to checklists and used to complete an audit.
This article provide details on how to create and configure questions but it does not go into detail on how to build your checklist. For information on performing an audit please see How to Create an Audit Checklist.
Important: Before creating a question please ensure you have created the response template you need to assign to the question. A response template controls what kind of answers the auditee can enter. For more details please refer to How to Create Question Responses.
1. Creating a question
To create a new question:
- Expand Audits and select Questions.
- Expand the section.
- Click Add question.
- Enter the question details.
- Click Select.
- Choose your response from the list and click Confirm.
- Click Save.
