Training and People module performance improvements

Following the Ideagen Quality Management 7.6.0.3 release, some users experienced degraded performance when working with Training Events and staff profiles. This hotfix introduces a series of improvements to reduce loading times and make these areas of the system more responsive.

The Training Events list has been updated to load events progressively as users scroll, rather than retrieving the entire list before displaying any records. This allows the list to appear immediately, even where a large number of Training Events exist.

The same change also improves the time taken to open individual Training Events. Events that could previously take 15–20 seconds to open now retrieve their data more efficiently.

Dropdown fields within Training Events, including Trainer and Event Title, now load their available options asynchronously in the background. This prevents the screen from being blocked while all values are retrieved and improves the responsiveness of the dropdown once opened.

Performance when opening staff profiles in the People module has also been improved by optimising how profile information is retrieved and calculated. Internal testing showed profiles that previously took up to approximately 1 minute 26 seconds to open loading in under 10 seconds following these changes.
