This article explains how you can use Mazlan to view all CA/PA records associated with named suppliers and identify what is preventing their progression.

Tracking CA/PA records

You can use Mazlan to query CAPA records and understand their current status in relation to suppliers.

To track CA/PA records with Mazlan:

1. Open Mazlan.
2. Enter a prompt to find CA/PA records for a specific supplier.
3. Review the results to identify associated records and any delays.

4. Enter a follow-up prompt requesting suggested actions to advance stalled records.
5. Review Mazlan's recommended actions.
   These are a great starting point for prioritising which CA/PA records need immediate attention.
6. Assign suggested actions to records with owners and target dates.
