Interested Parties Admin group membership is needed.

Reports can be raised against a variety of sources in Ideagen Quality Management Cloud, including Interested Parties.  This article will guide you through how to view the reports that have raised against a specific Interested Party. This article does not include any details on how to create a new report. Please see How to Raise a Report Against an Interested Party for more information.

1. Locate the Interested Party

1. Log in to Ideagen Home.
2. Launch the Interested Parties module.
3. Begin typing the name of the Interested Party you are interested in.

4. Click on the Interested Party to open the record information.

2. View Associated Reports

1. Click on the Reports tab.
2. Click on the View associated reports button.

This will launch a list of all reports associated with the Interested Party. From here you can then open the Report and perform any due actions.
