Administrators responsible for managing Interested Parties.

Interested Parties Admin group membership is needed.

From time to time you may need to remove an interested party from Ideagen Quality Management Cloud. This can be done by either archiving the record or by deleting the record.

Archiving the record means the interested party can be reinstated at a later date. However, deleting the record will completely remove the record from the system.

1. Archive an Interested Party

1. Log in to Ideagen Home.
2. Launch the Interested Parties module.
3. Open the interested party that you would like to archive.
4. Click on the ellipsis button and select Archive.

5. When prompted, click Archive.

2. Reinstate an Archived Interested Party

1. Log in to Ideagen Home.
2. Launch the Interested Parties module.
3. Check Include Archived.
4. Open the interested party that you would like to reinstate.
5. Click on the ellipsis button and select Reinstate.

3. Delete an Interested Party

1. Log in to Ideagen Home.
2. Launch the Interested Parties module.
3. Open the interested party that you would like to archive.
4. Click on the ellipsis button and select Delete.

5. When prompted, click Delete.
