Integrating Ideagen Academy with Ideagen Quality Management

Integration settings access is required.
Quality Management offers the ability to integrate with Academy, providing interactive courses, random quizzes, and the ability to create your own courses and certificates.
1. Configuring the integration
To integrate with Academy:
- Access the Administration module.
- Select Customisation.
- Choose Integration.
- Click Edit (Pencil icon).
- Expand the Academy Integration Settings section.
- Enter an Academy URL.
This would have been provided to you when you signed up for Academy. - Enter the API.
This refers to the link used by the application to contact the Academy API:
/API/v2.0/
- Enter the Key.
This information is stored within the Control Panel in Academy. You can find it in the API tab of the Branch settings menu.
Below is an example of completed integration settings.
Once these fields have been populated, click the Test button to verify the integration has been implemented successfully.
