CA/PA Analysis Module - Navigating to Records From Analysis Results
To view the records related to the selected Analysis Results:

Highlight the record you wish to navigate to

From the main menu of the Analysis Details screen, select [VIEW], [GO TO RECORDS], then select either "Show All" or a Row, Column or Cell Selection only
This opens the default view of the appropriate List screen, in which the selected records will be shown.
Why can't I Navigate to Records?
The ability to navigate to records from Analysis Results is controlled by security privileges as follows:

To view the CA/PA List screen, you must have or belong to a Security Group that has the securable command AccessCA/PAModule

To open a Non-Conformance record, you must have or belong to a Security Group that has the securable command CA/PA.Read

To view the Incidents List screen, you must have or belong to a Security Group that has the securable command Access Incidents Module

To open an Incident record, you must have or belong to a Security Group that has the securable command Incidents Read
If you cannot view or open a Non-Conformance, you may not have the required security privileges to do so. Security privileges are assigned in the Administration Console; see your Ideagen Quality Management Administrator for more information.
