You can configure the Graph of data displayed in Analysis Details by selecting:

• [GRAPH OPTIONS] from the [ANALYSIS] menu on the Analysis screen

• the Graph Options icon  from the Analysis screen

This opens the Graph Options screen, in which you can select:

Series: For each Series in your analysis results you can set the following options: (multi-selection of series is possible if you want to apply the same options to numerous series.)

• Show Labels: Tick this box if you want a label showing the exact number of instances of this value.

• Show Symbols: For line graphs only, tick this box if you want symbols shown to highlight key points in the graph.

• Apply Outline: Tick this box if you want each value in the graph to be outlined.

Axis: You can set the following settings for the Y-axis of your graph (if you have applied a pareto line, you can also set values for the 2nd Y-axis).

• Grid Spacing: You can choose the intervals at which numbers appear on your Y-Axis. Alternatively, tick the Auto box to let Ideagen Quality Management decide the optimum interval.

• Precision: Choose how many decimal points you would like to see in the numerical values on the Y-Axis.

Legend: You can choose to display the graph legend by ticking the Show Legend box. When turned on, you can set the following:

• You can set the location on the graph of the legend by using the Horizontal Alignment and Vertical Alignment menus.

• You can set the size of the icons used in the legend by setting values for Symbol Height and Symbol Width.

• You can set the maximum amount of space the legend will fill on the graph by setting values for Max Width (%) and Max Height (%).

• You can set the legend to display horizontally by ticking the Display Horizontally box.

• You can set the colour of the legend text by clicking the [TEXT COLOUR] box, selecting a colour, then clicking [OK].

Titles: You can add a Chart Title to your graph, as well as each of the Y-axes (Left Title and Right Title).

You can also set the colour and font for each title by pressing the [FILL COLOURS] and [TEXT FORMAT] buttons.

3-D Settings: If you choose to display your analysis using a 3D graph, you can use this section to rotate the X, Y and Z axes.

Trend: This section allows you to add constant lines to your graph.

• Max and Min Lines:Choose whether you want a maximum constant, minimum constant, both or neither.

• High Value:Select the value of your maximum constant

• Low Value:Select the value of your minimum constant

• Moving Avg Period: For time period breakdown trend results, you can select over how many previous periods you would like to view the average results.

• Series Name: You can give your moving average period line a name using this field.

Changing the Graph Type

In addition, you can change the Graph Type by selecting:

• [GRAPH STYLES] from the [ACTION] menu on the Analysis screen or

• the Graph Styles icon  from the Analysis screen, and choosing the Graph Type from the list of 2D and 3D Graphs
