Setting up CA/PA wizard and template access
Who is this article for?Administrators responsible for user management.
Administration module access is needed.
If you are managing a lot of users, you can define which CA/PA wizards and templates they can access as soon as their account has been configured.
This article shows you where you can update that setting in the Windows Client.
1. Configuring default access
To configure default access:
- Access the Administration module.
- Select Settings and Defaults (under Security).
- Click Edit... in the LaunchPad section.
- Choose CA/PA from the dropdown.
- Tick the box for each template and wizard the users need access to.
- Click OK.
This will only take effect for new users and will not update the settings for those already present in the system.
