How to Add a CA/PA Wizard to Improvement Ideas

CA/PA wizards can be added to the Improvement Ideas menu at the top of the LaunchPad. The purpose of this menu is to provide a place for employees to submit feedback to the organisation or raise new ideas that can be managed through the CA/PA workflow.
Note: This menu is also referred to as the Tell Me menu as it is designed to allow users to submit information to the business.
This article outlines the steps to make CA/PA records available in the Improvement Ideas menu.
1. Make the Wizard Available
To make a wizard available for selection:
- Open the CA/PA module.
- Click on Edit, then CA/PA Wizards.
- Open a wizard.
- Under “Availability”, check the box for Improvement Ideas.
- Click OK.
2. Add the Wizard to Tell Me
To add a wizard to the Improvement Ideas menu:
- Launch Ideagen Quality Management and open the Account menu, and click Preferences.
- Select LaunchPad and then open the General tab.
- Select CA/PA from the drop down menu.
- Browse to "Display the following wizards for 'Tell Me'" section and check the box for any wizards you need to access from the Improvement Ideas menu.
- Click OK.
