In this example we will create a report of all Open Incidents, and include details of their associated Occurrence Reports.

Creating your report can be performed in stages:

1. Finding all Open Incidents
2. Adding the associated Occurrences to the view
3. Customise the columns displayed (Optional)
4. Generating the Report

Finding all Open Incidents

1. Within the Incident Module ensure the 'Incident' Register is selected
2. Next we select Advanced, and enter our search query as shown below.

3. This returns a list of all Open, Incident Records

Adding Associated Occurrences to the View

1. You can add more detail to the report using Nested Groups, Nested Groups allow some sections from within the record to be included in the List Report.
2. To add Occurrences as a Nested Group click [View] > [View Nested] > [Occurrences].
3. Once added, the Nested Group can be expanded by clicking [+] icon as shown below

 

Customise the Columns Displayed

1. Columns can be added or removed by right-clicking the Column Header then dragging Column Labels onto the Report or back to the Selection Box

 

Generating your Report

1. To generate the report click [File] > [Print Preview]
