Users looking to compare multiple Occurrences.

Incidents module access is required.

To help you view Occurrence records side by side in the Windows client, you can snap them out and back in to their respective Incident records as needed.

This article shows you how to use this handy feature.

1. Snapping tab out

To snap out a record:

1. Access the Incidents module.
2. Open an Incident record.
3. Click and hold an Occurrence tab.

3. Drag the held tab outside of the client.

You can't change details on an Occurrence record while it's snapped out of the incident. Snapping out a record doesn't permanently delete the Occurrence from the incident.

To snap in a record:

1. Click and hold the Occurrence tab.
2. Drag the held tab inside the Incident record.

3. Close the Incident record.
