Reassigning Actions using Advanced Workload
Who is this article for?Administrators responsible for user management.
Advanced Workload and Reassign Ownership permissions are required.
If a user leaves the organisation or changes roles, you may need to transfer their workload to other users. To help facilitate that, the Windows Client gives you access to the Advanced Workload facility.
This article shows you where you can access and reassign Actions using this tool.
1. Reassigning Actions
To reassign Action ownership:
- Switch to the Workload tab.
- Click Open Advanced Workload.
- Select Reassign Ownership.
- Select user you need to remove Actions from.
- Click Apply.
- Select the user you want to assign Actions to.
- Tick the Actions to reassign.
- Click Assign.

Enter a reassignment Reason.
This text will be included in the email to inform users that the reassignment has taken place.
- Click OK.
2. Reassigning overview
Below is a list of all Actions that can be reassigned using Advanced Workload.

| CA/PA | User specified as the Owner. | User specified as the Owner in the Details section. |
| Stage Owner | User specified as the Owner in a stage tab (e.g. the Corrective Action Owner). | |
| Stage Action Owner | User specified as the Owner of an individual Action. | |
| User Defined 5 | User specified in the fifth user defined field located in the Properties section. | |
| User Defined 6 |
User specified in the sixth user defined field located in the Properties section.

| Documents | User specified as the Account Manager. |
User specified in the Account Manager field.
|
| Assets | User specified as the Owner. | User specified in the Owner field. |
| User specified as the Activity Type Owner. | User specified in the Owner field on each Activity Type (e.g. the Maintenance type Owner). | |
| User specified as the Activity Owners. | User specified against the Owner field in all unperformed activity instances. | |
| User specified as the Scheduled Events. | User specified as the Attendee. This will only be changed if the event is scheduled. Completed events will not be changed. | |
| Trainer (Event not Complete) |
User specified as the Trainer will be updated if the event has not already been carried out. | |
| Master Event Trainer | This will update the user listed against the Trainer field for master event records. Changing this will not impact existing training records that have been created using this master event and only the template is updated. | |
| Incident | User specified as the Incident Owner. | User specified in the Owner field in the Details section. |

Risk Assessment to Perform

User specified as the Owner for a Risk Assessment. | |
| Stage Owner | User specified as the Owner on an Incident Stage tab. | |
| Stage Action Owner | User specified as the Owner on an Incident Stage Action. | |
