To allocate licences:
- Go to the application server.
- Browse to the application directory.
- Launch ServerConfigUtil.exe.
- Under Licence Allocation Mode, select Specify a licence allocation for each database.
- Allocate a number of users to each of your databases.
- Click OK.
- Save and exit ServerConfigUtil.exe.
- Restart the Ideagen Quality Management Application server.
If you haven't allocated every license to a database, you will see a 'One or more licences have not been allocated to a database.' message at the top of the screen.
