Creating recurring Audits to view in the mobile app

Users who want to set up repeating Audits for completion on mobile.
Audit access and permissions are required.
Recurring Audits are useful when specific areas within your organisation need regular investigation. This article shows you how to set up Audits that can be completed by Auditors using mobile devices.
1. Creating an Audit
To create an Audit:
- Open the Audit module in the Windows client.
- Click the Audit icon.
- Select Audit or Audit from Wizard.
- Give your Audit a Title.
- Set the Calendar.
- Assign a Lead Auditor.
- Set Scheduled Start and Scheduled End dates.
- Save your Audit.
Your Audit will now be available to view and complete, and you can now schedule a recurrence for the Audit.
2. Setting a Recurrence
To set a recurrence:
- Open the Audit.
- Click the Recurrence icon.
- Set a Recurrence Pattern.
- Define the Recurrence Range.
- Determine the Duration of Recurring Audits.
- Click OK.
- Tick the Schedule Confirmed box.
Legacy: The recurrence date is determined by the defined range. If the start date has already passed, the first occurrence will follow the next frequency range.
Standard: The recurrence date is also based on the defined range. If the start date has passed, the first occurrence will take place in the next nearest week or month.
- Save the record.
This Audit will now be available to view and completed on mobile.
You can check the Audit Register and see each of the upcoming occurrences based on the settings you applied.
