Administrators who need to remove folders shared by archived users.

Administrator permissions are required.

If a user who created folders in the document module has been archived, you cannot edit or delete their shared folders whilst their account remains archived. The only supported method requires temporarily restoring the user's account.

This article explains how to remove shared folders from archived user accounts.

1. Removing shared folders

To remove a shared folder from an archived user:

1. Reinstate the user account.
2. Sign in as an Administrator.
3. Delete the folder.
4. Archive the user account again.
