Disabling automatic review dates for documents

Users who want to setup review date for a document.
Administration module access is required.
This article explains where you can disable automatic review dates for documents in your system.
1. Disabling the review datre
To disable automatic review dates:
- Navigate to the Administration module.
- Select Managed Lists.
- Choose Document Type.
- Untick the Review Date option.
- Click OK.
This update will apply only to newly created documents or to documents that are revised after the change to the document type.
If there are existing documents that need the review date removed immediately, they will need to be updated manually by editing each record individually.
