Server access is required.
This article explains how to resolve common network errors encountered when accessing the system.
1. Issue
When accessing the system, you may see a network error.
This is often caused by your current JWT configuration.
2. Resolution
To resolve most network errors, you need to update the JWT configuration from localhost to the fully qualified domain name (FQDN).
To update the configuration:
- Open the Ideagen Quality Management Professional Web config file.
- Locate the JWT configuration setting.
- Check whether the setting is pointing to localhost.
- If the JWT is pointing to localhost, this will cause network errors and must be updated to the FQDN.
- Click Save.
- Restart the server for the changes to take effect.
