To guarantee success, it's really important that account administrators complete certain tasks before migration or users will not be able to log in.
- Missing email addresses - All users must have an email address in the Primary field of their profile. This can be updated in the administration or people module.
- Incompatible usernames - If a username contains a space, tab or any non-standard characters, these need to be removed.

What happens during migration?
- Short downtime - Your migration is timed for when there is low activity on your account. Disruption will be minimal.
- Password reset required - You'll need to reset your password as part of the setup after migration.
Data and workflows unaffected - Your user accounts and permissions move securely to Hub, but your existing data and workflows remain exactly where they are in Ideagen Quality Management. You'll simply access them through your new Hub login.
