To successfully connect your Ideagen Quality management mobile applications to the hosted environment, you must enter the correct server URLs within the application connection settings.
This article provides the required URL formats based on whether your organisation is on a modernised or non-modernised hosting environment.
1. Connection URLs
If you have recently undergone a migration, your server URL must be updated to the modernised format. Not doing so may result in connection errors during login or synchronisation.
Use the table below to identify the correct URL for your specific environment and tool.
