Troubleshooting module and wizard access

Sometimes, users might run into permission issues because of misconfigured settings or outdated access rights.
his article will help you check module availability and adjust user group permissions to ensure smooth access.
1. Issue
Users might notice the following permission-related problems, such as:
- CA/PA wizard not being isn’t available in a certain module.
- User group not having access to a needed module.
These problems usually happen because of misconfigured availability settings, outdated permissions, or confusion between live and test environments.
2. Solution
To resolve the issue, check the CA/PA wizard setup and the user group permission setup.
2.1. CA/PA wizard
To enable the wizard in a module:
- Go to CA/PA (Improvement Opportunity).
- Click Edit.
- Open the CA/PA Wizard section.
- Choose the wizard you want.
- Switch to the Availability tab.
- Make sure the target module is selected.

This will make sure the wizard is properly linked and ready to use in the chosen module.
2.2. User group
To troubleshoot user group access, remove and readd the permissions again to refresh the setup. Doing this can help clear up permission issues and make sure the group has the right access.
