An understanding of your configuration is required.

If you are using SSO and have been notified that you will be moved onto the modernised infrastructure, there is an addition to your current IDP configuration you will need to make.

As the domain name of IQMP will be changing from ideagenqpulse.com to iqmp.ideagen.com, the URI’s held within your Identity Provider will be incorrect at the point of the switchover. To prepare for this, you can add in the below changes now to respond to both domains – meaning there will be no impact or changes required on the day of the scheduled work.

Updating your configuration

1. Access the Authentication settings for the App Registration that holds your SSO Configuration.

2. Under the Web Platform type, press the edit button.

3. Copy the current Redirect URI’s and add an additional entry, but replacing ideagenqpulse.com for iqmp.ideagen.com.

This will leave you with both URI’s for the current ideagenqpulse.com domain and ready for the switchover to the iqmp.ideagen.com domain.
