The document review dropdown in the Review instance allows you to change the dropdown options. This article will guide you through how to use this feature.
1. Customising document review outcome options
The document review dropdown shows Outcome options configured in your system's database table called Document Review Outcome. When completing a document review, you choose an Outcome from this dropdown and add any comments.
1.1. Follow these steps to change the review outcomes.
- Log in to the Ideagen Quality Management Professional application.
- Select the Administration option.
- Click on the Managed list.
Search for Change Required (Review Outcome) and double-click it to enable editing of the dropdown.
