Removing an offline audit copy

Users managing offline audits.
Audit module access is required.
Audits can be taken offline to prevent other users from being able to make changes to them, before being set back online once all modifications have been made.
This article shows you how you can remove an offline copy once the changes have been reflected.
1. Identifying an offline audit
When interacting with an offline audit copy, you will see the message below.
We recommend removing the offline copy before making any further changes.
2. Removing an offline audit
To remove an offline audit:
- Make sure all offline changes have been reflected.
- Click Action.
- Select Edit properties.
- Choose Offline status on the left.
- Click Remove.
- Click OK.
