Installing the Audit Log Viewer

Users who want to install the Audit Log Viewer.
Audit Log Viewer access permission is required.
This quick guide outlines how to install the Audit Log Viewer and set the required permissions to access it successfully.
This guide is only applicable to customers who are hosted by Ideagen.
1. Steps for installation
- Use the following URL to download the installation file: https://{G-Number}.ideagenqpulse.com/auditlogviewer.zip.
- Replace {G-Number} with your actual G-number. You can find your G-number in the Q-Pulse application by selecting Administration, then Licensing, then License information, and finally Licence details.
- After downloading the zip file, extract it.
- Navigate to the extracted Audit Log Viewer folder, open it, and right-click on the Audit Log Viewer application.
- Select Properties, choose Unblock, and then click Apply and OK.
- Double-click the application and log in with your credentials.
These steps are only applicable to customers who are not on a modernised server (version 7.7 or below).
2. Permissions required
Users accessing the Audit Log Viewer must have a primary licence assigned with the "Audit Log Viewer access" permission enabled.
