1.Troubleshooting SSO web client secret expired
The client secret code for the SSO provider has expired and needs to be recreated. Please contact your IT team.
After obtaining the new client secret code, enter it in IQM by going to:
- Begin by opening the Administration Module.
- Navigate to the Security section.
- Within Security, select Settings and Defaults.
- Under Settings and Defaults, choose Authentication.
- Then, go to Authentication and Security.
- Finally, select Single Sign-On Options.
