When publishing an app through Citrix, you may see the following error when attempting to login via SSO.

To resolve the issue:

1. Ensure that your Virtual Delivery Agent (VDA) components are upgraded to a recent enough version. This upgrade may contain important updates and fixes that could resolve the issue.
