Checking competencies using Training matrices

Training record access is required.
Understanding where your direct reports are in their learning progress is vital to ensuring their development. This is why we developed four Training matrices to help you where they are on their journey to achieving their goals.
This article shows you how you can easily view your team's current competency progress using the available Training matrices.
1. Competency matrix
To view a competency matrix:
- Access the People module.
- Tick all relevant users.
- Open the Actions menu.
- Select View Competency Matrix.
You will be taken to an annotated overview of the selected users' competencies.
2. Requirement matrix
To view a requirement matrix:
- Access the People module.
- Tick all relevant users.
- Open the Actions menu.
- Select View Requirement Matrix.
You will be taken to an annotated overview of the selected users' competency requirements.
3. Master job roles matrix
To view a master role matrix:
- Access the People module.
- Tick all relevant users.
- Open the Actions menu.
- Select Compare Against Master Job Roles.
You will be taken to an annotated overview of the selected roles' competency requirements and how the users measure up against them.
4. Master competencies matrix
To view a master competency matrix:
- Access the People module.
- Tick all relevant users.
- Open the Actions menu.
- Select Compare Against Master Competencies.
You will be taken to an annotated overview of the selected competency requirements and how the users measure up against them.
5. Master job role review matrix
To view a master role review matrix:
- Access the People module.
- Open the Actions menu.
- Select Master Job Role Review.
- Select a role from the list.
- Click OK.
You will be taken to an annotated overview of the selected job role requirements and how the users in the role measure up against them.
6. Master competency review matrix
To view a master role review matrix:
- Access the People module.
- Open the Actions menu.
- Select Master Competency Review.
- Select a competency from the list.
- Click OK.
You will be taken to an annotated overview of the selected competency requirements and how the users assigned it's assigned to measure up against them.

- Select View Competency Matrix.
