Adding attendees to a Training event
Who is this article for?Users responsible for managing Training.
Event Attendee permissions are required.
Once you have created a Training event, you need to add attendees and define optional evaluations that need to take place as part of the course.
This article shows you how you can easily assign the Training to users within your organisation.
1. Adding attendees
To add attendees:
- Access the Training Courses module.
- Open a Training event.
- Switch to the Attendees/Evaluations tab.
- Click Edit (Pencil icon).
- Click Add Attendee(s).
- Tick relevant users.
- Click OK.

- Access the Training Courses module.
- Open a Training event.
- Expand the Attendees/Evaluations section.
- Click Add Attendee.
- Filter attendees using available options.
This will generate a list of possible attendees. - Highlight relevant users.
- Use the arrow to move them to the right.
- Click OK.
