To help you visualise knowledge gaps and areas of strength within your organisation, we have developed different Training matrices that display competency statuses and learning requirements for groups of people within a matrix.

This article outlines the different types of available matrices.

1. Available matrices

1.1. Competency matrix

This matrix shows competencies assigned to the users you select in the list view, along with their competency status and whether they've completed all the competency requirements.

1.2. Requirement matrix

This matrix shows every requirement (and associated competencies) assigned to the users you select in the list view.

1.3. Compare against master job roles

This matrix shows the progress of the users you select in the list view against one (or more) master job roles.

Users with permissions to view their own Training record can use this matrix to check their suitability for available job roles.

1.4. Compare against master competencies

This matrix shows the progress of the users you select in the list view against one (or more) master competencies.

Users with permissions to view their own Training record can use this matrix to check their progress against their competencies.
