Completing an Audit checklist

Auditmodule access is required.
Checklists consist of a series of questions to answer as you carry out the Audit. This helps standardise the process and make sure the findings are consistent across similar Audits.
This article shows you where you can complete the assigned checklists.
1. Completing a checklist
Before you can interact with the checklist, you have to start your Audit. To do this, add a date to the Actual Start field.
To complete a checklist:
- Access the Audit module.
- Open the Audit you're carrying out.
- Switch to the Checklists tab.
- Click Edit (Pencil icon).
- Tick the checklist in the list.
- Open the Actions menu.
- Select Complete Checklist.
- Click Complete Checklist Question.
- Review guidance, standards, and actions.
- Add a Response.
- Enter Additional Details if available.
- Add Attachments as needed.
- Assign an Actual Score to the answer.
- Click OK.
You can raise findings directly from this view by clicking the Add Observation and Add Non-Conformance buttons in the Raise Findings tab.

- Open the Audit you're carrying out.
- Expand the Checklists section.
- Select the checklist from the list.
- Click Open Checklist.
- Select Complete checklist.
- Click OK.
- Click Start.
- Review guidance, standards, and actions.
- Add a Response.
- Enter Additional Details if available.
- Add Attachments as needed.
- Assign an Actual Score to the answer.
- Repeat for remaining questions.
- Click OK.
You can raise findings directly from this view by clicking the Add Observation and Add Non-Conformance buttons.
