- Building Brand Reputation: Each compliment contributes to a positive brand image. Satisfied customers become enthusiastic advocates, sharing their positive experiences with others.
- Fostering Customer Loyalty: Compliments create an emotional connection. Brands that actively appreciate compliments demonstrate commitment, laying the foundation for lasting customer loyalty.

1. Creating a new compliment
To create a compliment:
- Open the Customer module.
- Open a customer record.
- Expand the Compliments section.
- Click New Compliment.
- Enter the details of the compliment.
- Click Save.
