Enhanced IOSA (E-IOSA) is a solution that has been designed to help you complete IOSA Audits. It provides a standardised set of Audit checklist templates that can be used when scheduling and completing IOSA Audits.

This article outlines the basics of what the solution can offer, but you can contact your Account Manager for more information at any time.

1. Understanding checklist templates

One Audit checklist template is provided for each section of the IOSA Standards Manual or ISM published by IATA. Each checklist template contains one question for each ISARP.

Questions or ISARPs within the checklist templates include ISARP text values, guidance text values, areas of standards, and Auditor actions. Only primary ISARP information is included in imported checklist templates, which means the information that IATA provides in the form of tables within the ISM isn't included.

These templates are imported by our Technical Services team.

2. Accessing new checklist templates

New checklist templates are available for each edition of the ISM published by IATA, and if required, you customer can create one or more new checklist templates based on the standard set of imported checklist templates.

3. Utilising Ideagen's source material

Ideagen creates the standard set of checklist templates using source material that IATA has provided to Ideagen.
