Ideagen Quality Management 7.5 includes a series of feature updates and software improvements.
1. Feature Changes
1.1. Multilingual Support in Web
IQM version 7.5 now supports multiple languages exclusively in the web interface. Users can seamlessly operate in English (UK), German, Spanish, French, and Portuguese. The translation applies specifically to static data, including field captions, titles, warning messages, error messages, tooltips, and more.
There are some translation gaps in the product (notably the new Assets module). We will be releasing a minor update early 2024 year that will resolve these, and introduce availability of further languages.
1.2. Modules in Web Client
Version 7.5 now includes additional modules in the web interface, including:
- Incident & Occurrences Modules: These modules are now available in the web interface, allowing you to manage your submitted reports and take investigative action via Incidents from within a web browser.
- Asset Module: Assets can now be managed within the web interface.
1.3. Document Distribution Email Offloading
Introduced to offload traffic to the legacy web. This offloading feature applies when users click on the deep link for Document Distribution email for customers with the feature enabled.
1.4. PingOne Support on Mobile Apps
With a commitment to versatility, this release introduces support for PingOne on mobile apps, ensuring seamless access and authentication across platforms.
1.5. Permissions Control Enhancements
Addressing inconsistencies observed in the Win client, IQM version 7.5 enhances permissions control specifically for Messaging and Reminder & Escalation in the web client, ensuring accurate and secure access.
1.6. Occurrence Web Report Enhancements
The Occurrence Web Report now boasts extended capabilities, including the display of indicators within sections that contain content, offering a more intuitive and insightful user experience.
1.7. Hierarchical List enhancement
All hierarchical lists now have “expand/collapse all” functionality to improve navigation and viewing of list items.

3. How to Upgrade to Ideagen Quality Management 7.5
3.1. SaaS Customers:
Contact your Account Manager to schedule an upgrade service.
Note: If you intend to implement Single Sign-On (SSO) as part of the upgrade then your account manager will be able to provide further guidance on the process.
3.2. On-Premise Customers:
Contact the Ideagen Customer Transitions Team to discuss an upgrade service.
