Configuring the default system language

Version 7.5.0 or above is required.
To make your Quality Management journey more efficient, you have the option to change the default language from English to any of the languages available in your version.
This article details where you find and configure the language display options.

Translations only apply to static data, such as field labels, titles, warning messages, tooltips, and text buttons. Submitted data, such as information typed into fields by users is not localised.
2. Changing language settings
2.1. Self-hosted sites
Working with multiple databases?
Changing the default language will apply the setting to all databases in your system.
To change the global language:
- Browse to the Quality Management Web folders.
By default this will be C:\inetpub\wwwroot\QPulse\. - Open the web.config file.
- Update the DefaultLanguage value.
