Unable to Log In to the Ideagen Quality Management app with Ideagen Quality Management Authentication

Access to the mobile app is needed.
When logging in to the Ideagen Quality Management app you may experience an issue where your username and password is shown as incorrect.
In most instances it is recommended that you double check you are entering the correct credentials. However if you are using Ideagen Quality Management 7.1.5 or higher you may be experiencing a software issue that can be resolved by upgrading your app.
Issue & Resolution
This issue was due to a software issue relating to the mobile app and will only occur when users have Ideagen Quality Management authentication applied with a case sensitive password.
Although you are submitted the correct credentials, the password is being treated as a lower-case password and so may be incorrectly identified as an incorrect password.
To resolve this issue please upgrade the app to v2.4.1 or higher.
