Ideagen Quality Management 7.4 enhances our existing Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities, introduces the new Ideagen Quality Management and Home brands, and also expands the web with Occurrence form previews.

1. Feature Changes
1.1. Product Name, Brand & Styles
Starting with Ideagen Quality Management 7.4 the product will be known as Ideagen Quality Management. This product name change also includes an update to the look and feel so that it matches the Ideagen style and brand.

1.2. Ideagen Home
Our hosted customers (i.e. customers where their system is hosted and managed by Ideagen as part of our software as a service platform) will also have access to Ideagen Home as part of Ideagen Quality Management 7.4.
This update will provide access to additional resources available to make the most of your implementation.

1.3. PingOne Support for Single Sign-On (SSO)
Ideagen Quality Management 7.4 includes additional support for PineOne as part of Single Sign-On (SSO).
PingOne can be configured within the Ideagen Quality Management Administration module. This will allow PingIdentity to manage your authentication into the system.
Important Note: Ideagen Quality Management uses OpenID Connect (OIDC) to provide Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality. Although other OpenID Connect (OIDC) providers may work with Ideagen Quality Management only Azure and PingOne are tested and supported.

1.4. Preview Occurrence Forms in the Web Interface
The design of Occurrence forms can now be reviewed on the web interface.
Note: This is a preview of the form only and the ability to modify the form will be delivered in a future release.
1.5. API Capability Expansion
Additional functionality has been added to the API web services:
- GetManagedList and SearchManagedList now include WorkOrderNumber, CustomerReference, StandardItem, ProductService, and IncidentUserDefinedField2 for managed lists.
- Support for additional statuses of Occurrence records.
- New GetAssets API has been introduced to query asset records.

3. How to Upgrade to Ideagen Quality Management 7.4
3.1. Saas Customers:
Contact your Account Manager to schedule an upgrade service.
Note: If you intend to implement Single Sign-On (SSO) as part of the upgrade then your account manager will be able to provide further guidance on the process.
3.2. On-Premise Customers:
Contact the Ideagen Customer Transitions Team to discuss an upgrade service.
