No special access or permissions are required.
Ideagen Home is designed to be a central website where all our customers can be presented with the ability to launch Ideagen products your organisation has licensed.
It will also provide you with information about other Ideagen products, links to Community resources, and other content that is relevant to your system use.
This article aims to answer the most common questions you had about the platform.
Frequently Asked Questions
"Will the new experience it apply to me if I am on-premise?"
No. Ideagen Home is a new experience for hosted customers only.
"How will the new experience impact our users?"
Users will be taken to a new home page providing better access to services and supporting information.
"What happens if I am already logged in?"
If you are already logged into the product and you click on a link (e.g. system emails), you will navigate directly to the relevant screen in the product.
You will not be directed back to the Ideagen Home screen.
"What happens if I am logged out?"
If you are logged out of the system and you click on a link to log in, you will navigate to the Ideagen Home screen.
You can open your product from there!
"What happens when I click 'Sign out'"?
When you log, depending on the product, you will either be directed to Ideagen Home or the Ideagen website.
"What happens if I browse to Ideagen Home instead of a product?"
If you arrive at Ideagen Home before accessing a product for the first time, you will not see the product tile(s) displayed. Accessing the Ideagen product login screen places a cookie on your system which allows the product to appear on your Home screen.
However, if you arrive at Ideagen Home after having visited the login page of a product, you will see the product tile(s) available.
