1. What are you changing in the product?
Changes to the application include minor user interface changes, such as the logos, colour scheme, product name, and company name within the Web and Windows apps. The mobile apps will also change to reflect the rebrand in our forthcoming update (V2.5.0) due early November 2023.
In addition, our hosted customers will have a new Ideagen Home experience. This will provide access to the new Ideagen Community; a space for regulatory and compliance professionals to connect and share with peers and access product-specific topics (including training resources and product roadmaps).
2. Why are you changing the name of the product?
We are changing the name of the product to better align with our company's brand identity and make it easier for our customers to recognise our products as being from a trusted provider of regulatory and compliance software.
3. What will be different about the product user interface?
Our first round of changes will be immediately noticeable, starting with a refreshed colour palette that aligns with the Ideagen brand. The layout and functionality of the application will be largely unchanged, preserving the user experience with which current users are already familiar.
The colour palette will match the styles of the Ideagen brand:

4. When can I expect the change to be implemented?

5. Will the changes apply to me if I am an On-Premise customer?
Yes, when you upgrade to the 7.4 version.
6. Will my data be affected by the rebrand and style change?
No, your data will not be affected by the rebrand and style change. All your existing data will remain intact and accessible in the new user interface.
7. Will I need to update my existing integrations with the rebrand?
There is no need to worry as all technical links and URLs will continue to work as they do now.
8. Will the new Ideagen Home apply to me if I am On-Premise?
No, the Ideagen home is a new experience for our hosted customers only.
9. How will the new Ideagen Home experience impact our users?
Hosted users will experience a new home page providing wider access to Ideagen supporting information.
10. How will the rebrand affect mobile apps?
Both iOS and Android apps will be renamed and rebranded. Both apps will be available in their respective stores and will follow a standard update process. The apps will be listed as 'Ideagen Quality Management' in the stores and after the update will be identifiable on devices with a new 'Q' icon and the app name of 'Quality'. The functionality of the app remains the same but with a much improved User Interface and User Experience aligned with the core web and windows application palette. Your data in the app will not be affected; however, the setting for Colour in Administration\Branding will now have no effect and any custom logo currently applied will now have to be transparent.
